All about the business

To build a successful business is hard but to gain the trust of your employee and customers is even harder.So in your working you should have some ethical principles.Here are some kinds of business ethics:

• discrimination based on gender, race, religion, age and other
• privacy of the customers and employees
• price fixing, price skimming
• social responsibility – what are the responsibility of the company to the society
• relations between different companies
• patent, trademark and copyright infringement
• pollution and influence of the pollution to the people
• abuse of the employees

There are many other but i write about some of them to bring attention to the principles that every company should have, we must respect everybody and “play by some rules”.Like that, the company that respects everybody rights gain trust from the people that work there and from the customers.
